At Zenith Biopeptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and exceptional customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases.

1. Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Zenith Biopeptides are intended for research purposes only. Because product integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody cannot be verified once an order has left our facility, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered products.

2. Quality Assurance

Every batch is subject to quality control procedures and is accompanied by supporting documentation where applicable. If you believe there is a quality-related issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a quality review, please email info@zenithbiopeptides.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Batch/Lot number(s)
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant photographs or supporting information

 

Our team will review the information provided and may request additional details. If an issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment error on our part, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed and verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

4. Shipping Protection

Customers may have the option to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.

When Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible claims for packages that are lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or marked as delivered but not received may qualify for replacement or reimbursement following claim review.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier’s delivery date or expected delivery date and may require supporting documentation.

5. Orders Without Shipping Protection

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we will assist customers in locating delayed shipments and filing carrier inquiries, replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages may be limited when Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
