Shipping Policy

We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to meet these processing timelines, order processing may occasionally be delayed due to high order volume, inventory verification, carrier interruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carrier partners. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been issued, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

3. Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been processed and shipped. Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after a shipment has been accepted into their network.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Zenith Biopeptides is not responsible for delays, returned packages, additional shipping fees, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact us promptly so that we may assist with carrier inquiries and claim procedures where applicable.

Resolution options may vary depending on the carrier’s findings and whether Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

 

6. Shipping Protection

Customers may have the option to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.

When Shipping Protection is selected, eligible claims for lost, damaged, or missing shipments may qualify for replacement or reimbursement, subject to claim verification and review.

Additional documentation may be required to process a claim.

7. Holidays and Fulfillment Closures

Orders are processed on business days only. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and recognized holidays.

Orders placed during fulfillment center closures will be processed when normal business operations resume.

8. Delivery Delays

Zenith Biopeptides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
